Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and peel the cucumber, then coarsely grate. Squeeze the juice from the grated cucumber.

Pass the garlic through a press.

Mix the yogurt with the quark and olive oil until creamy. Mix the cucumber and garlic with the yogurt mixture.
