- 4 garlic cloves
- 500 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 150 grams Quark
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- black Olives
- Flatbread

Preparation steps

Rinse and peel the cucumber, then coarsely grate. Squeeze the juice from the grated cucumber.

Pass the garlic through a press.
3.
Mix the yogurt with the quark and olive oil until creamy. Mix the cucumber and garlic with the yogurt mixture.
4.
Season the tzaziki with salt and pepper. Transfer to a plate and drizzle with a little olive oil. Serve with the pita bread and olives.
