14 ozs waxy potatoes
14 ozs Turnip
12 ozs Whipped cream
2 Tbsps Horseradish cream (from a jar)
salt

freshly grated Nutmeg
3 ½ ozs freshly grated Cheese (such as Emmentaler)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Grease gratin dish and rub with a halved garlic. Peel turnips and potatoes and cut or slice into thin slices. Place in layers into the dish. Mix cream with horseradish, salt, pepper and nutmeg, pour over vegetables and sprinkle cheese over top. Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.

3.

Remove finished gratin from the oven and serve immediately.
