Preparation steps

1.

Toast the pine nuts until golden brown in a dry sauté pan.

Peel the carrots and cut into matchsticks. Rinse the lettuce, shake dry, and cut into wide strips. Cut the turkey into strips.

Rinse the herbs, shake dry, pluck the leaves, and chop.

4.
