16 ozs lean Ground turkey
0.333 cup cooked Long grain rice
1 egg (beaten)
¼ cup chopped onions
1 tsp salt
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
½ tsp Chili powder
¼ cup finely chopped, fresh cilantro
4 Limes (quartered)
cherry Tomatoes
Pita bread (to serve)
In addition

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
2.
Combine the ground turkey, rice, egg, onion, salt, pepper, chili powder and cilantro. Shape mixture into 12 to 15 meatballs.
3.
Thread meatballs, cherry tomatoes and lime wedges on skewers. Place on grill and grill for 3 to 5 minutes on each side until turkey is cooked through.
4.
Serve with pita bread
