Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350ºF).

Rinse the turkey legs, pat dry and disconnect the joints respectively. Season with pepper and a little salt.

Rinse the sage, shake dry and pluck off the leaves. Place on the meat and wrap everything with slices of bacon.

Place on the oven rack (including the drip pan) and brush with a little butter. Season with pepper and cook for about 40 minutes until golden brown. Frequently baste with more butter.

Serve garnished with pomegranate seeds.
