300 grams Corn kernel (frozen, thawed)
150 grams Spinach

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse turkey legs and pat dry. Remove skin and season with pepper. Rinse sage, shake dry and pluck off the leaves. Place some sage leaves on each turkey leg and wrap each with 3 slices of bacon. Place turkey legs in a roasting pan and cook in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes until golden brown. During cooking time over turkey legs with some water and baste occasionally with roasting liquids.

Peel onion and garlic, peel, cut onion into strips and garlic into slices. Heat oil in a pan dna saute onion and garlic until translucent. Add corn to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes. Rinse spinach, trim and roughly chop. Add spinach to the pan, mix and season with salt and pepper. To serve, arrange vegetables on plates and place a bacon wrapped turkey leg on top.
