- 600 grams turkey breasts
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 pc fresh ginger (about 2.5 cm)
- 5 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp Curry powder
- 1 Mini pineapple
- 1 Apple
- 2 Tbsps Peanut oil

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the turkey breast, pat dry and cut into pieces of about 3 cm (approximately 1 1/4 inch).
Peel and chop the garlic and the ginger. Stir in the soy sauce, lime juice, sugar and curry powder and mix into the meat. Leave to marinate for about 30 minutes.

Peel the pineapple and cut into pieces. Rinse and quarter the apple, remove the core and also cut into pieces of about 3 cm (approximately 1 1/4 inches).
Thread the drained meat and fruit pieces alternately onto skewers.
Fry in some oil on all sides for about 8 minutes.

Serve with a small salad, as desired.
