150 milliliters chicken stock
50 grams cream cheese (to taste)
3 Bell pepper (red, yellow and green)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the cutlets and pat dry. Season with salt and cayenne pepper and sear in a pan in some oil on both sides. Remove from the pan and pour in the stock. Stir in the cream cheese and season with salt. Place the cutlets in the sauce and simmer for 3-4 minutes until cooked.

Rinse, halve and trim the bell peppers and cut into strips. Sauté in some oil for 3-4 minutes.

3.

Transfer the cutlets to plates and serve drizzled with the sauce and showered with the peppers.
