4 small Turkey cutlets (each 80 grams)
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps Pastry flour
1 egg
6 Tbsps Sesame seeds
1 Tbsp butter
1 Red Bell pepper
1 carrot
50 grams Snow peas
50 grams small button Mushroom
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 Tbsp light soy sauce

Preparation steps

1.

Season the turkey with salt and pepper. Beat egg in a shallow dish. Place flour and sesame seeds in 2 shallow dishes.

Rinse bell pepper, trim, cut in half, remove seeds, remove ribs and cut into strips. Peel carrot and cut diagonally into thin slices. Clean mushrooms and cut into smaller pieces, if necessary. Rinse and string snow peas.

Dredge the turkey cutlets in flour, then dip in egg and coat in sesame seeds. Fry in butter for about 4 minutes on each side.

4.

Meanwhile, stir-fry vegetables in a pan in hot oil for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce.

5.

Arrange the turkey cutlets with vegetables on plates. Serve with rice, if desired.
