250 grams Long grain rice
salt and freshly ground pepper
200 grams Celery
2 green chili peppers
2 ripe Banana
1 tsp lemon juice
4 Tbsps vegetable oil
few drops of Tabasco sauce
4 thin Turkey cutlets

Preparation steps

1.

Put the rice into boiling water and cook according to the package instructions. Drain the cooked rice well.

Trim, rinse and cut the celery into small pieces. Trim and rinse the chile pepper, remove the seeds and cut into thin rings. Peel the banana and cut into slices. Drizzle the banana slices with lemon juice.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and saute the celery and chile pepper in it for about 5 minutes. Add the banana slices, saute briefly, and stir in the cooked rice. Season with pepper and tabasco.

4.

Heat the remaining oil in a grill pan and fry the turkey cutlets for 2-3 minutes on each side. Season with salt, pepper and tabasco. Serve the turkey cutlets with the banana rice.
