3 onions
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
200 milliliters white wine
2 stalks Leeks
100 grams Whipped cream
2 Tbsps Cornmeal

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse turkey, pat dry and cut into cubes. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Heat oil in a pan and brown turkey cubes on all sides.

2.

Add onion and garlic to the pan, fry briefly and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add wine, cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

3.

Rinse leek, trim ends and cut into rings. Add leeks and cream to the pan and cook for another 10 minutes.

4.

Add cornmeal, stir, bring to a boil again and season to taste. Serve on plates.
