- 250 grams potatoes
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch Cress
- 2 tsps finely chopped almonds
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- Iodized salt

- 4 thin slices turkey breasts (each 60 grams)
- 100 milliliters Chicken broth
- 100 grams cream cheese
- 400 grams Savoy cabbage
- Nutmeg

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the potatoes and cook covered in boiling salt water about 25 minutes.

Rinse the parsley and watercress and shake dry. Finely chop the leaves. Mix with the almonds and the lemon juice. Peel garlic, squeeze into herb paste and season with salt and pepper.

Pound the meat a little flat. Brush with the herb paste and place in a baking dish overlapping. Bake in the center of a preheated oven (250°C, approximately 480°F) about 10 minutes.

Heat the broth and stir in the cream cheese. Rinse cabbage and cut into thin strips. Add the broth and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
5.
Drain potatoes, peel and season with salt. Serve the meat with cabbage and potatoes.
