Preparation steps

1.

Sear the turkey on all sides in some oil for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and place the meat in a roasting pan.

Mix the honey, mustard and Tabasco sauce and drizzle over the meat. Roast in a preheated oven (electric oven: 200°C / approximately 400ºF, gas stove: level 3, fan oven: 180°C / approximately 350ºF) for 40 minutes.

2.

For the cream, peel and halve the avocados and remove the pits. Mash 1 avocado coarsely, place in a high bowl and mash together with half the lemon juice and the yogurt. Season with salt and pepper.

Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet. Stir half the sesame seeds into the cream.

3.

Cut the second avocado into wedges and drizzle with the remaining lemon juice.

4.

Brush and rinse the radicchio and shake dry.

5.

Cut the turkey breast into slices and arrange on plates with the radicchio leaves, avocado slices and cream. Serve the cream showered with the remaining sesame seeds.
