300 grams turkey breasts

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the turkey breast into about 8 thin slices. Melt some butter in a pan and brown the turkey on both sides. Remove from the pan and fry the bacon until crispy. Trim the lettuce, rinse, spin dry and tear into pieces.

2.

Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Toast the bread and spread with butter. Arrange 1/2 the tomato slices over 4 pieces of toast, top with 2 slices of turkey then another piece of toast.

3.

Add the lettuce, bacon, remaining tomatoes and toast. Cut in half diagonally and arrange a cocktail skewer into each half with an olive on the end.
