2 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 Tbsps Cranberry (jarred)
400 grams Sour cream

Preparation steps

Defrost the puff pastry according to package instructions. Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Rinse the turkey breast, pat dry and cut into bite-sized cubes. Rinse the thyme, shake dry and pluck off the leaves. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the turkey until golden brown. Add the cranberries and sauté briefly. Stir in the sour cream and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and thyme.

Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured work surface and use to line the greased pan. Fill with the turkey mixture and bake until golden brown, around 30-35 minutes. Slice the tart to serve.
