½ Broccoli (300 grams) (approximately 11 ounces)
2 onions
salt

100 grams large button Mushroom
1 garlic clove
1 pinch Nutmeg
250 grams turkey breasts
2 eggs
75 grams Whipped cream
2 Tbsps grated Cheese (such as Edam)
1 tsp butter
2 Tbsps slivered almonds

Preparation steps

Rinse the broccoli, cut into florets and blanch in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Rinse under cold water until cool then drain well. Wipe the mushrooms with a paper towel and slice. Peel the onions and garlic. Finely chop the garlic and cut the onions into very thin half-moons. Cut the turkey breast into strips and sauté in hot oil quickly over high heat. Add the mushrooms, garlic and onions and sauté briefly. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg then gently toss with the broccoli florets. Transfer to a buttered baking dish.

Whisk together the eggs, cream and cheese. Pour over the turkey and broccoli mixture, sprinkle with almonds and bake in a preheated oven (200°C) (approximately 400°F) for about 20 minutes.
