2 Tuna steak (each about 130 grams)

200 grams Cucumber
150 grams Napa cabbage
4 Tbsps Lime juice
4 Tbsps Chili sauce (Asian)
4 Tbsps Orange juice
4 Tbsps scallions

Preparation steps

1.

Season the tuna fillet with salt and pepper. Place with olive oil in a nonstick pan.

2.

Heat pan, saute fish fillets on each side for about 2 - 3 minutes. Rinse cucumber, peel and cut or slice into thin slices.

3.

Rinse, trim and cut cabbage into thin strips.

4.

Mix cucumber, cabbage, lime juice, chili sauce, orange juice and scallions and season with salt. Arrange tuna on the salad and serve.
