4 Tuna steak (each 150 grams)
3 Tbsps Lime juice
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 tsp honey
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp Curry powder
freshly ground peppers
200 grams Pineapple (fresh)
2 Tomatoes
1 Tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
1 pinch brown sugar
cayenne pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse tuna and pat dry. Mix 2 tablespoons lime juice in a bowl with oil, honey, thyme and curry and season with pepper. Brush honey marinade on tuna steaks. Cover and let rest for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

For the salsa, cut pineapple into small cubes. Rinse tomatoes, cut into quarters, remove seeds and also cut into small cubes. Mix pineapple in a bowl with tomatoes and cilantro leaves and season with sugar, cayenne pepper and lime juice.

Fry tuna in a hot roasting pan on each side for approximately 2-3 minutes, so that the core remains raw. Serve tuna on a plate with the salsa.
