- 2 large tramezzini
- 100 grams cream cheese
- ¼ Cucumber
- 200 grams Tuna (canned, in its own juice)
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 splash lemon juice
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- 4 Tbsps scallions

Preparation steps

Place bread on a work surface and spread thinly with 50 grams (approximately 1 1/2 ounces) cream cheese. Rinse cucumber, peel if desired, cut off ends and cut cucumber into thin slices. Place cucumber slices on cream cheese.

Drain tuna and tear apart with a fork. Mix tuna in a bowl with mayonnaise and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread on cucumber, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons chopped chives and place another slice of bread on top. Use light pressure and cut into four triangles. Brush each sandwich edge with some remaining cream cheese and serve with remaining chives.
