1 can Tuna (in its own juice)
3 Tbsps Crème fraiche
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1 red onion
8 pitted black Olives (chopped)
2 crunchy Lettuce
1 Tomato
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Baguette

Preparation steps

1.

Drain the tuna well and flake with a fork.

2.

Rinse the lettuce leaves and pat dry. Rinse and slice the tomatoes Peel the garlic and onion. Chop the onion and squeeze the garlic through a garlic press. Add the onion, garlic, creme fraiche, lemon juice and olives to the tuna and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Halve the rolls horizontally and toast if desired. 

4.

Top the bottom half of each roll with lettuce and tomato and spread the tuna over. Place the tops on and serve.
