- For the sauce
- 1 Mango
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp Sambal oelek
- 50 milliliters vegetable oil
- salt
- For the coleslaw
- 150 grams Green cabbage
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- salt

- 4 Hamburger bun (sesame)
- 4 Tuna steak (each about 120 grams)

- 1 tsp Sesame seeds

Preparation steps
1.
For the sauce, peel mango, cut flesh from core and puree with lime juice, honey and sambal oelek in a blender. Slowly add oil until sauce is creamy. Season with salt.

For the coleslaw, rinse cabbage. Peel away leaves and cut into thin strips. Mix with vinegar, sugar, oil and salt. Let flavors infuse.

Cut buns horizontally and grill in a grill pan on both sides to toast.

Rinse fish and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper and grill in grill pan without oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.
5.
Spread bottom half of buns with mango sauce. Add tuna fillets and top with coleslaw. Add a bit more mango sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Add top buns and serve.
