1 cupchopped, ripe Mangoes
3Kumquat rinsed and halved (plus extra for garnish)
½ cupslow-fat milk
½ cupsIce
¼ cupsplain low-fat Yogurt
1 tablespoonpure honey
fresh Mint leaves for garnish

Directions

1 Place chopped mango, kumquats. milk, ice, yogurt, and honey in a blender. Pulse until smooth and frothy. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with a wooden pick threaded with halved kumquats and mint. Serve immediately.
