- 1 ripe Banana (peeled and sliced)
- 1 cup ripe Mangoes (chopped)
- 1 cup fresh Pineapple (cut into chunks)
- 1 cup Orange juice
- ½ cup Coconut milk
- 1 cup Ice (crushed)
- 3 Tbsps Agave syrup
- 3 cups Soy yogurt
- 4 sprigs mint (finely chopped; plus extra for garnish.)

Preparation steps
1.
Combine the first 7 ingredients in a blender. Process at high speed until well blend, about 30 seconds. Add yogurt and chopped mint leaves and process until frothy, about 45 seconds. Pour into glasses, garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately
