300 grams Celery
4 slices Pineapple (fresh or canned)
300 grams fried Chicken breasts (cut into slices)
200 grams Whipped cream
2 Tbsps Mango chutney
freshly ground peppers
8 slices Sesame bread
1 Tbsp Sesame seeds

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the celery and cut into diagonal slices. Cut the pineapple into small pieces.

2.

Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet until golden and fragrant. 

3.

Mix the sour cream with the mango chutney and season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture onto 4 slices of bread and evenly distribute the celery, pineapple and chicken breast slices on top. 

4.

Season with pepper, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and top with the remaining slices of bread. Serve immediately.
