400 grams Chestnuts (pre-cooked and vacuum packed)
100 grams dried Figs
2 shallots
1 handful parsley
2 Tbsps butter
150 grams Ground meat (beef)
100 grams golden raisin
100 milliliters Port wine
salt
peppers
Nutmeg

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse chestnuts and drain. Finely chop figs. Peel shallots and finely dice. Rinse parsley, shake dry and pluck off leaves and chop.

Sauté shallots in hot butter. Add ground beef and cook together for about 5 minutes. Mix in figs, chestnuts, raisins and half of parsley. Pour in port wine, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes over low heat.

3.

Carefully mix in remaining parsley, being careful not to break apart chestnuts. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
