- 600 grams Ground meat
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 8 cannellini beans
- vegetable oil (for the baking dish)
- 100 milliliters Red wine
- freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C convection.

Blanch tomatoes in hot water, rinse in cold water and peel. Quarter and remove seeds, dice. Peel garlic, chop finely and mix with tomatoes. Combine ground beef with egg, thyme and season with salt and pepper, mix well. Fill cannelloni with meat mixture and arrange in baking dish. Spread tomatoes over cannelloni and pour wine over tomatoes. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 30 minutes. Season to taste and sprinkle with Parmesan.

If desired, serve with lettuce.
