2 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp Tomato paste
1 can Chili (400 grams)
250 grams diced Tomatoes (canned)
salt
freshly ground peppers
Chili powder
½ tsp Coffee powder
6 small Tortillas
Basil (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Peel the onion and garlic and finely chop. Saute in hot oil in a pan. Stir in the tomato paste and sauté briefly. Then add the chili beans (including the sauce) and the tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, chili powder and coffee granules and let simmer 10-15 minutes until thickened. Remove about half of the mixture and puree. Return to the pan with  the rest of sauce and season to taste. Allow to cool slightly.

Spread the bean paste thinly on the tortillas, leaving a border around the edges. Roll the tortillas and cook in a grill pan on both sides over medium heat about 5 minutes, until grill marks appear. Remove, cut into pieces and serve garnished with basil.
