- 500 grams green Beans

- 400 grams Tortiglioni pasta
- 500 grams Tomatoes
- 150 grams Bacon
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp frozen parsley
- 125 milliliters Broth

- 200 grams mild Feta
Preparation steps

Rinse the beans thorougly. Blanch the beans in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Add the pasta to the boiling salted water and cook according to the package directions until al dente.

Remove the core from the tomatoes. Blanch the tomatoes briefly in the boiling water. Remove from the water, peel, and coarsely chop.

Cut the bacon into strips. Heat the oil in a pan, and sauté the bacon until crispy. Add the tomatoes to the pan, then add the parsley and the broth. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then simmer for 5 minutes.

Drain the beans and the noodles, then add to the pan with the sauce. Crumble the feta cheese over the pan, toss until everything is completely combined, and serve immediately.
