750 grams Tomatoes
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
4 Tbsps olive oil
½ l Vegetable broth
1 bunch Basil
1 cup Whipped cream
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onion and garlic, chop finely and fry in a pot with oil. Rinse tomatoes, cut into quarters, remove seeds, chop finely, add to the pot and fry everything for 5 minutes.

Add vegetable broth and simmer for another 10 minutes. Rinse basil leaves and finely chop half of leaves. Add chopped basil and sour cream to the pot and mix well. 

3.

Season the soup to taste with salt and pepper. To serve, arrange tomato soup in deep plates or soup bowls and garnish with remaining basil leaves.
