1 sm can white Beans (200 g)
1 Red onion
1 Red chili pepper
600 grams mixed Tomatoes (i.e yellow pear, costoluto, red beefsteak tomatoes)
rough Sea salt
peppers (from the mill)
2 Tbsps lemon juice
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 handful fresh Coriander (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Drain the beans and rinse briefly. Peel, halve and cut the onions into thin rings. Rinse the chillies, remove the seeds and the white membranes. Dice finely.

Rinse the tomatoes, stalks cut out and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Place the tomato slices on a large, flat plate and top with the onion slices, chilies, and beans. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil.

To serve: Garnish with the fresh cilantro. Serve to taste with ciabatta.
