- 6 ripe Plum tomato
- 2 scallions
- 50 milliliters olive oil (extra-virgin)
- 30 milliliters White vinegar
- salt
- white peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse plum tomatoes, cut in half, remove stem and cut into cubes. Rinse scallions and cut into rings. Mix vinegar in a bowl with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Slowly beat dressing. Mix tomato pieces in a bowl with scallions and arrange on plates. To serve, sprinkle with the dressing.
2.
If desired, serve with fresh white bread.
