1 red onion

4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps

Rinse the tomatoes, remove the cores, and cut into slices. Peel the onion and garlic. Julienne the onion and finely dice the garlic. Rinse and dry the basil, remove the leaves, and coarsely chop.

Mix the balsamic vinegar with the honey and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix the prepared ingredients with the dressing. Toss to combine, then transfer to a platter and serve.
