- 450 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 400 grams Mozzarella
- 80 grams black Olives (pitted)
- 4 Tbsps Caper
- 1 garlic clove
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 Tbsps black balsamic vinegar
- 2 handfuls Basil

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and halve the tomatoes and cut the mozzarella into 1 cm (approximately 1/2-inch) thick slices.
2.
Drain the olives and capers. Cut olives into rings.
3.
Arrange mozzarella, tomatoes, olives and capers on plates.
4.
Peel garlic and press through a garlic press over the salad. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Garnish with some basil leaves and serve with breadsticks, if desired.
