- 250 grams Mozzarella
- Basil
- olive oil (garlic-flavored)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse tomatoes and pat dry. Drain mozzarella and cut into cubes. Thread cheese, tomatoes and 1-2 basil leaves each onto wooden skewers. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

To serve, stand skewers in a flower pot lined with foil.
