5 Tomatoes
1 slice cooked ham (diced)
1 scallion
50 grams small Pasta shell
salt
freshly ground peppers
3 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp White vinegar

Preparation steps

1.

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse and drain.

2.

Rinse 4 tomatoes, cut a lid from each and scoop out flesh with a teaspoon. Season interiors of scooped tomatoes with salt and pepper.

3.

Blanch remaining tomato, peel, remove seeds and finely chop.

Rinse scallion, trim and cut green portion into rings. Dice the white portion.

5.

Mix olive oil with vinegar, pasta, diced tomato, scallion and ham and season with salt and pepper. Fill the tomato shells with salad and replace the lids.
