Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim and halve the strawberries. Rinse the tomatoes, cut out cores and cut the tomatoes in wedges. Mix both with lemon juice, olive oil and sugar, and season with salt and pepper.

Divide between bowls and drizzle with balsamic. Serve with basil garnish.
