Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (425°F).

Spread the baguette slices with 2 tablespoons of the olive oil and let bake on the top rack of the oven until golden. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into wedges. Combine the olives with 3 tablespoons of the olive oil and puree into a tapenade consistency. Spread the olive tapenade on the baguette slices. Top the baguette slices with the tomatoes, onions and parsley. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese is melted.
