- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 large potato (peeled and chopped)
- 2 cups canned Lima bean (lima beans)
- 2 cups canned Borlotti bean (drained)
- 2 cups canned chickpeas (garbanzos)
- 2 cups canned Tomatoes
- 3 cups vegetable stock
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp chopped thyme
- Grissini (to serve)

1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Bowl, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Small pot, 4 Skewers, 1 flache Non-stick pan, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Paper towel
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a large pan and gently cook the onion until soft but not brown.
2.
Add the garlic and paprika, cook for 1 minute then stir in the potato.
3.
Add the butterbeans, borlotti beans, chickpeas, tomatoes and stock. Season with salt and pepper then bring to a boil and simmer gently for 20 minutes.
4.
Stir in the parsley and thyme and serve.
