- For the tofballs
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 400 grams Tofu (medium strength)
- 2 Tbsps Soy flour
- 1 organic lemon (zested and juiced)
- 2 Tbsps Nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (thyme and oregano)

- 50 grams breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- For the sugar cone
- 500 grams Sugar loaf
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- salt
- peppers
- 100 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 4 Tbsps Soy creamer
Preparation steps

For the tofuballs: Peel and mince onion and garlic. Finely crumble tofu and add onion and garlic. Stir in soy flour, lemon juice and zest. Add yeast and herbs and season with salt and pepper. Stir well and shape mixture into small balls.

For the sugar cone: Rinse sugar cone, remove stalk and cut into strips. Heat oil in a pan and cook briefly. Season with salt and pepper and deglaze with broth. Stir in soy cream and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a nonstick pan and cook tofuballs for about 5 minutes, until golden brown on all sides. Remove and drain. Serve with sugar cone.
