Preparation steps

Rinse the lettuce leaves and spin dry. Rinse the tomatoes, cut in half, remove core and cut into wedges. Peel the garlic clove.

Toast the baguette slices on both sides under a broiler, watching carefully. Rub each baguette slice with the garlic clove and drizzle with some olive oil. Crumble feta on each baguette and top with lettuce leaves. Crumble some more cheese over top and add the tomato wedges. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve as an appetizer.
