- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 4 Pork sausage
- 225 grams (approximately 7 1/2 ounces) Pastry flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 600 milliliters (approximately 21 1/2 ounces) milk
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 390°F) convection.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet and saute the sausages until browned all over. Turn off the oven and drizzle the remaining oil in the baking pan. Place the dish in the oven until hot, 5-10 minutes.

Meanwhile in a bowl combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the eggs, mix until smooth and combined, adding about half the milk. Add the remaining milk and stir well. Remove the hot baking pan from the oven and place the sausages next to each other.

Pour the batter over and bake until risen and golden brown, 35-40 minutes.
5.
If the batter risen airy and it has a crispy, golden crust, the dish is ready for serving.
