3 Tbsps Amaretto (or juice as a non-alcoholic alternative)
500 grams Strawberries
50 grams sugar
400 grams Quark
100 grams Mascarpone
1 tsp cocoa powder

Preparation steps

1.

Arrange the ladyfingers next to each other in a baking dish and sprinkle with Amaretto. Cover and infuse for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse the strawberries, drain, trim, and cut in half. Sprinkle the berries with half of the sugar.

Stir the quark, remaining sugar, and mascarpone until smooth. Set aside some strawberry pieces for garnish. Distribute the remaining strawberries on top of the cookies, spread the mascarpone cream to make the next layer, then garnish with strawberries.

4.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

5.

Before serving, sprinkle with cocoa powder.
