- 4 Pork cutlets (each about 150 grams)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps fresh thyme
- lemon juice

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the cutlets, pat dry and pound to an even thickness if necessary. Season with salt and pepper and fry in hot olive oil on each side for 1 minute until browned.

Sprinkle with fresh thyme and lemon juice, and cook another 1-2 minutes until done. Remove from the pan and serve immediately.
