Preparation steps

Rinse and trim turnips, then cut into 1-2 mm (approximately 1/16th-inch) thin slices. Peel potatoes and slice the potatoes the same thickness as the turnips. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the potato slices, turning occasionally, about 10 minutes. Add turnips cook 10 minutes, turning.

Rinse snow peas and trim ends. Cut peppers diagonally into 3-cm (approximately 1 1/4-inch) long pieces. Cut sausages into 1-cm (approximately 1/2-inch) thick slices. Add snow peas and sausage to the pan. Cook until the sausages have some color. Season with salt and pepper.

Transfer vegetable and sausage mixture to a bowl and let cool slightly. Rinse radishes and slice very thinly. Stir radishes into mixture. Season with lemon juice and vinegar. Serve with slices of toasted bread.
