- 1 ½ cups Chicken breasts (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp Curry powder
- 4 Tbsps sweet Corn (drained)
- ½ red pepper (sliced)
- ½ yellow pepper (sliced)
- 1 beefsteak Tomato (sliced)
- 4 Tbsps Tex-Mex sauce (or chili ketchup)
- Lettuce
- 4 large Tortillas (ready-made, chilled product)

Preparation steps
1.
Season the chicken with salt and ground black pepper and fry in a pan until golden brown. Sprinkle with curry powder a fry for a little longer then remove from the heat.
2.
Heat the wraps/tortillas according to the directions on the packet. Cover with lettuce leave and arrange the filling (chicken and vegetables) on top.
3.
Drizzle with Tex-Mex sauce, roll up the wraps, cut them in half and serve immediately.
