50 milliliters Mirin
5 Tbsps dark soy sauce
2 Tbsps Oyster sauce
1 Tbsp Peanut oil
½ tsp ground Cumin

Preparation steps

Peel the garlic and ginger. Crush the garlic in a bowl. Finely grate the ginger, then add to the bowl. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Rinse the beef and pat dry. Trim the beef and cut lengthwise into strips.

Place the beef in the marinade, making sure everything is covered. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Drain the beef, and place onto oiled wooden skewers. Place the skewers on a hot grill and cook for 3 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove from the grill and serve.
