200 milliliters Coffee
4 centiliters Brandy (or Marsala or almond liqueur)
16 Ladyfinger
Matcha tea powder (for dusting)

Preparation steps

1.

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks with half of the sugar over a hot water bath until creamy. Remove from the heat and stir until cold. Gradually mix in the mascarpone. Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar until stiff and fold into the cream. Whip the heavy cream until stiff and fold into the mixture.

Mix the coffee and brandy. Briefly immerse half of the ladyfingers in the coffee and line the bottom of a baking dish. Spread half of the cream on top and top with a second layer of soaked ladyfingers. Spread the remaining cream on top.

3.

Chill for at least 3 hours. Sprinkle with the matcha tea powder and serve.
