- 2 sprigs Basil
- 3 Tbsps chopped blanched almonds
- 1 ½ Tbsps grated Parmesan
- ½ tsp pickled green peppercorns
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers
- toasted white bread (for serving)

Preparation steps
1.
Drain olives. Rinse basil and pluck the leaves from the stems. Toast almonds in a dry frying pan.
2.
Place all the ingredients except the bread slices in a blender and puree to a paste. Adjust seasoning and serve on the bread.
