2 sprigs Basil
3 Tbsps chopped blanched almonds
1 ½ Tbsps grated Parmesan
½ tsp pickled green peppercorns
3 Tbsps olive oil

toasted white bread (for serving)

Preparation steps

1.

Drain olives. Rinse basil and pluck the leaves from the stems. Toast almonds in a dry frying pan.

2.

Place all the ingredients except the bread slices in a blender and puree to a paste. Adjust seasoning and serve on the bread.
