1 Tbsp tomato puree
2 tsps lemon juice
4 Pork cutlets (à 175 grams)

Preparation steps

Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. In a shallow baking dish large enough to hold the pork in a single layer, stir together the onion, garlic, paprika, coriander, cumin, ginger and tomato paste, then stir in the yogurt. Place the chops in the baking dish, turning to coat, cover and refrigerate 3 hours.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the chops, turning once in the sauce until cooked through, about 40 minutes. Serve immediately with steamed peppers rings and herbed rice.
