Preparation steps

Peel sweet potatoes and cut into thick slices. Mix cream with thyme, season with salt and pepper. Arrange potato slices in a baking dish and spread thyme cream over. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in preheated opven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 35 minutes or until potatoes are knife-tender. Remove from oven and serve.
